According to the Nielsen Media Research, approximately 70.5 Million adults are now online.  And International Data Corporation reports that 41.2 percent of all small businesses are accessing the Internet (up from 19.7 percent in 1996). Web sites are the 21st century's preferred method of advertisement.  It's inexpensive, it's interactive, and it has the potential to reach an enormous number of people. Designing a dynamic web site is more than pretty colours and fancy moving graphics. While building an eye-catching appearance is important, we must concentrate on the important  issues that the web site is being created for.   We have to ensure that your visitors and customers will be left with a memorable image.
