Maintenance can be a crucial part of your Website, depending on your sites' purpose.  In some instances weekly updates may be necessary, in others, maybe updates are not required as frequently.   We can keep your site updated for you very efficiently and effectively.  All it takes is an email or a phone call, and the update is usually carried out within 24 hours.  Major updates may take a little longer - but we guarantee that all updates will be done within 72 hours. For those who feel that their website will require a considerable amount of maintenance, we offer a 12 month contract to cover your needs. We try to cater for all maintenance needs.  We realize that some sites will require much more maintenance than others and we like to make sure that your requirements are always met. 	This package is ideal for sites that require a small amount of maintenance during the year. For example - 1 hour per month (12 hours per year.) Ideal for pups for sale of news on a monthly basis.  The annual cost of this package is $200. Compare this to casual maintenance of 12 hours of $40 per hour.  This package saves you $280. COST $200 PER ANNUM		This package would suit a site with more frequent maintenance.  The maintenance is based on 2 hours per month (24 hours per year).  Suitable for such things as weekly results, updating listings on a reasonably frequent basis. The annual cost of this package is $360.  Compared to casual maintenance of $40 per hour, saving of $600. COST $360 PER ANNUM
	MAINTENANCE PACKAGE 3		CASUAL MAINTENANCE
	This package would accommodate a site that requires maintenance on a very regular basis.  4 hours per month which is equivalent to 48 hours per year. Very well priced and very effective for weekly updates, additions etc.  The price of this package is $520.  Compared to casual maintenance at $40 per hour, saving you $1400. COST $520 PER ANNUM		Ideal is some situations.  If your site remains static but there are instances where maintenance must be carried out.  Updates will always be done when the needed and is available at $40 per hour. COST $40 PER INSTANCE
