PRICING FOR WEBSITE SET UPS
At Dinky Di Web Design we like to keep our Website Design as affordable as possible, while keeping in mind quality and simplicity.
Please browse through the packages below and select one that may suit your requirements. Special Web Designs requirements can be catered for - just contact us with your requests.

So what do I get for my money ?  Good question.  

1.  Firstly, let us assure you that we are probably the cheapest web designing company in Australia. Why ?  Because we keep it simple, but retain the quality. The advantage of simplicity is, less time for us to develop your site, and the faster your site is launched.

2.  Domain Name is included in the quoted price, unless the Domain Name has already been secured. This secures your domain name for 12 months.

3.  Web Hosting is also included in the quoted price. The minimum hosting is 50mb, which is usually enough space for any medium site.  100mb packages are also available at a very reasonable price. The hosting cost is for 12 months.

4. Design.  This is where most of the manual labour is spent.  Included in your quote will be the cost of the labour at this time.  If your site happens to exceed the amount of pages required in the quote, the extra pages are charged at $40 per page.

5. Maintenance package.  The quoted maintenance cost is for 12 months.  This package will be established at the beginning of the design, calculated on your envisaged requirements during the 12 month period.  The maintenance covers the cost of updating news, photos, text etc.  But does not cover the addition of pages above the original quote.  Additional pages are charged at $40 per page.

6.  Reports.    On a regular basis, you will be emailed an extensive report that will show you how you site is progressing.  This report will indicate -

Visit Duration
Monthly History
Days of the Month Hits
Days of the Week Hits
Hour the site is hit on
Top 25 Counties accessing you site
Top Search Engines
Top 25 pages that are hit on
Key words/phrases used to access your site
And more...............

7.  Search Engine Submission - This is a most important part of your site.  OK, we've designed your site and it is already to go, but it is not going to do much if we don't get it ranking in the popular search engines.  Ranking is very important, and we endeavour to have your site ranking within the top 30 within 8 weeks.  Sometimes this may take a little longer, but 8 weeks in a good average.

8.  Service Plus.  This is were we excel.  Dinky Di Web Design, pride ourselves on the speed of our service.  We like to see your site up and running as soon as possible.  We work with you to achieve the finished result as soon as possible.  Maintenance is guaranteed within 72 hours - but most times, simple updates are completed within 24 hours.

Casual maintenance is charged by the hour at a rate of $40 per hour.
If the change is only very small, there will be no charge.
Maintenance contracts are available on an annual basis.

REPORTS ON YOUR SITE
Before your site is completed, there will be a counter place on the front page.  This will give you a general indication of the amount of hits your site is receiving.  For added value, we will send you a quarterly report on very detailed statistics concerning your website, which you may find very interesting.  We can also use this report to refresh and adjust your site according to what your viewers are looking for.
RECURRING CHARGES

Web Hosting Service
Only for those who have chosen the any site that is being hosted by the dedicated host.

Your first year's payment of your web hosting service is included in your initial cost when paying for the preparation & publishing of your website.

You will receive an Invoice on the anniversaries of your website, which will be payment required for the next 12 months service.
(This service must always be paid in advance.)  
Our Hosting Company has guaranteed that prices will not rise before 2007.  
The cost of hosting is approximately $135 for 50mb hosting or $165 for 100mb hosting per annum.

Domain Name
Once again, only for those who have chosen to have a registered Domain Name.

Your first 1 year's payment of your Domain Name is included in your initial cost when paying for the preparation & publishing of your website.

You will receive an Invoice 1 year after the initial purchase of your Domain Name for the renewal of your existing Domain Name.
(This service must always be paid in advance.)
Domain Name costing - .com $20 per annum - .com.au $72 for 2 years.
